Terms of Service

Buyer Policies

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to take delivery of your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality products, and we require our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that CF2T is a food hub and as such it provides its services solely as an intermediary between Buyer and Seller and does not take nor acquire title at any time to any products bought and sold under any transactions between Buyer and Seller.
