Motzi Bread is a bakery located in Charles Village, Baltimore. We specialize in milling whole, local grains in everything we bake through long fermentation.

We source our grain exclusively from local farms in Maryland and Pennsylvania that use Organic or regenerative farming practices. Our primary sources include Migrash Farm, Cutfresh Organics, Beiler's Heritage Acres, and Small Valley Milling.
